A request from Tsuki-no-Usagi-1995

Most people would run in the other direction if they saw Lucifer aka the devil but not you instead you gave him a hug then a peck on the cheek. Lucifer returned the hug but gave a slight wince making you pull back with a concerned look of confusion planted on your features. You had gotten to know the archangel well since you'd been dating him; you were the only human he didn't feel like smiting on daily basis something unheard of. You captivated him so after a little awkward courting he eventually told you how he felt resulting in a few dinners out in well Paris, Spain and Rome eventually you invited him to stay with you in your apartment leading to well now.

"What's wrong?" You asked your archangel

"It's nothing love" Lucifer assured you although he wasn't being very convincing

"Why do you try to lie to me?" You asked sarcastically rolling your eyes

"Ha-ha...guess I can't fool you" Lucifer chuckled

"Nope, now come on...what's wrong?" You asked again

"My backs just a little agitated that's all" Lucifer stated rolling his shoulders irritably

"Let me see, maybe I can help" You suggested

"Um...well to be more specific it's my wings that are agitated" Lucifer corrected himself causing you to freeze with wide eyes.

"Your...your wings?" You stammered in shock

"Yes, my wings are what's giving me fits" Lucifer repeated

"Well, then let me see nonetheless,” You reiterated after composing yourself

"But...I'm...not...sure about that" Lucifer stammered as he was now the one in surprise

"Trust me Lucifer, please" You pleaded with a warm smile that made Lucifer melt

"Fine, give me a moment" Lucifer sighed heavily then gave in turning around while concentrating to let his wings burst free. You stared in aw, as 8 sunburst wings were suddenly visible on Lucifer's back in front of you, glowing around the edges to highlight the reds in them.

"Their beautiful" You breathed out

"You think so?" Lucifer asked glancing over his shoulder

"Yeah, definitely" you assured him but as you were admiring his wings you suddenly spotted something wedged under the top one and on top of the middle one. You approached carefully to look at it revealing it to be a hunk of dirt or mud that was lodged between the two wings causing them to get irritated with rub marks on the areas it was touching not to mention getting the other feathers dirty.

"What is it?" Lucifer asked realizing you'd suddenly gone quiet

"I think I found the problem, here give me a moment," You stated suddenly taking off towards the bathroom to grab some supplies then coming back out to grab Lucifer's wrist, gently hauling him over towards the couch. You indicated for Lucifer to sit down on the floor in front of you while you sat on the couch behind him reaching forwards to grab the giant piece of dirt then yanking it out. Lucifer immediately let out a sigh of relief as the clump was removed but jumped a little when you pressed a warm cloth to the same place to start cleaning the dirt away from the feathers as well as his back.

"What are you doing?" Lucifer asked in confusion as well as a little alarm

"I'm just cleaning the area cause that's probably part of your problem as well" You explained wiping the area clean of dirt. As you massaged the area Lucifer began to hum in pleasure slowly scooting backwards until he was leaning against the couch with his head in your lap while you massaged the arches of his top wings (having moved there when you could no longer reach the spot from before) but it was worth it to hear Lucifer's purring.

"Feels good?" You asked but you received no answer that's when you realized that Lucifer was fast asleep in your lap. You chuckled lightly then kissed his forehead before grabbing the remote for the TV to watch while letting Lucifer nap on your lap.
